1. We have prepared, created, and tested this unique online system with basic free store, premium store, VIP domain store, drop shipping and SuperVIP programs since 2006. In January of 2008, we successfully raised angel fund of US$1,000,000, and started to run our ArtsNow.com online customization services. The headquarter of ArtsNow.com located in Hong Kong, with 15 staff here for daily operation. With the help of angel fund, we also created a factory with two made-to-order production lines located in Fujian Province of China, which was established in 2007 with a factory area of 16,000 square meters, with over 80 staff, processing over 2000 orders per day, all products will be sent to Hong Kong office for double check and quality control, then they will be sent to post office for delivery.

We do believe that made-to-order production lines located in China, can help us save lots of labor cost and factory rental fees, that is why we can keep such low and competitive prices, with average 30% lower than those company located in the United States and United Kingdom. There are no big difference of production and transit time at all, from the time we got our customer's order, we can process it, produce it and send it to post office within 48 hours. It takes about 7-12 business days for shipment arrival.

We are proud that ArtsNow.com is a profitable company in the first year. Sales volume increased dramatically from the beginning of 2008.

Our online customization systems, production lines and the supporting systems have been fully tested in terms of volume, accuracy and security. In the beginning of 2006 by launching our resellers system. The sudden boost of sales volume bring us difficulties. However, thanks to this by revealing our weaknesses, we overcome these difficulties and strengthen our systems and productivities, and most importantly we learn from this experience. We are proud and confident to our SuperVIP program about to launch.

2. From the beginning of 2006, there are only 100 kinds of basic products can be customized. Since the great demand of customization services, and the suggestions from our customers, we have added much more great new products in last several months. Nowadays, there are over 1,800 kinds of different products can be customized, including the hottest market demanded items, like Custom Allover-Print T-Shirts, Custom Dresses, Custom Leggings, Custom Hoodies, Custom Wrist Watches, Custom Phone Cases, Custom Cushion Cases, Custom Photo Books, and other Custom Apparels, and so on. At that moment, ArtsNow.com will be one of the biggest customization websites, and with biggest selections of products that can be customized.

3. We aimed to provide the most pleasant and safe business environment to our customers. Our servers are locating in one of the top datacenters in HK and have 60 MB dedicated bandwidth to overseas connections. The bandwidth is subjected to upgrade and maintain a service level of an average 50% peak usage.  7x24 hours full-time monitored by technicians to ensure providing non-interrupting service to customers all over the world. We will keep our eyes to the latest technology to make our systems as robust and secure as possible.

4. The major portion of profit from ArtsNow.com will be invested on the equipment upgrades, stocks, marketing promotions and other areas to keep ArtsNow.com growing. We believe online production customization industry is just about to start and have much room to grow.
